I urge us to try focussing on important and meaningful things. Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring. Today’s world is very different from when I was growing up as a teenager. There seemed to be endless possibilities (also with their downsides), now it is as if those possibilities are taken away or under a threat one by one. Sticking together with families, friends, colleagues, and strangers too, is a counterforce to separating people.
Attuning to the body and cultivating peace through kinaesthetic empathy is crucial amongst all the madness. We can’t change or save everything but we can start from our own well-being for example by getting a massage. I hope that there are at least sparks of peace, friendship and enjoyment for you. And if not – massage can help to make the grim days a bit better. You can come to me for a treatment at any state (unless intoxicated). Showing up is the first step.
